Valentin Roux holds a doctorate in sport psychology applied to performance, and is a lecturer at University of Nantes. His work focuses on optimizing the coach-athlete relationship and its impact on the performance and well-being of athletes and coaches. From an applied point of view, Valentin is also a mental trainer with specific expertise in coaching/staff management of inter-personal relationships.
