Pierre Lacotte is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and AgroParisTech, and holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Paris-Saclay. For the past 10 years, he has held management positions in the agri-food industry, in particular in the R&D / Innovation teams. He is co-author of several scientific publications and patents in pharmaceutical and food chemistry. Treasurer and founding member of X-Food Think-Tank since 2018, he is currently HR & Finance Director of the Soredab research centre (Savencia Group).
