Philippe Laudet is an engineer and doctor in astrophysics and space techniques from the University of Toulouse. During his PhD, he worked on the Sigma space telescope project, which observes the sky between 30 keV and 2Mev using a coded mask aperture. He joined CNES and was successively CoRoT Mission Centre Manager, then CoRoT Project Manager for phase E1, Project Manager for the French contribution to ExoMars, then SEIS Project Manager for InSight (phases ABCDE1).
