Pascale Changenet is interested in the study of light-induced reactivity in photoreceptor proteins and DNA by ultrafast time-resolved optical spectroscopy. She joined the Optics and Biosciences laboratory at Ecole Polytechnique to work on the development of ultrafast nonlinear optical methods for the study of the folding dynamics of particular guanine-rich DNA structures, the G-quadruplexes. She is currently coordinating the "Internal Dynamics of Biomolecules" cluster of the laboratory.
