Olivier Gupta

Polytechnicien, Olivier Gupta is also a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He joined the ASN in 1999 and has held various positions, notably in the power reactors sub-directorate. In 2007, he was appointed Deputy Director General. He then joined Météo France as deputy director general. He was appointed Director General of the ASN in September 2016, a position he currently holds. Olivier Gupta is also president of the Western European Nuclear Regulators Association (WENRA)
