Michel Magny

Michel Magny has been awarded a silver medal by the CNRS and is director emeritus of research at the CNRS (Chrono-environnement Laboratory, Besançon). He is a specialist in climatic and palaeoenvironmental changes and their interactions with the history of societies since the last glacial maximum. He is the author of L'Anthropocène ([The Anthropocene], Que sais-je?, 2021) and Retour aux communs. Pour une transition copernicienne ([Back to the commons.
