Holder of an agricultural engineering degree from the University ENSAIA of Nancy, France. He began his career at LVMH Moët Hennessy in Tokyo, where he supervised the scientific and technological aspects of the group's various branches and led the company's participation in the international "Science for Art" competition. After two years in Japan, Brévot returned to France for further training at the University of Oenology in Bordeaux where he obtained the DUAD before joining Jas Hennessy & Co. in Cognac in the company's supplier consultancy and evaluation department. Marc Brévot then obtained an internationally recognised diploma in viticulture (DNO) at the University of Reims. In 2004, Brévot moved to Epernay as a winemaker and technical advisor to the company.
