When she joined ADEME in 2001, Laurence Gouthière began by working in the field in the regional directorate, mainly in support of local authority projects. She was then in charge of the deployment of greenhouse gas assessments for companies and territories. Today, on the subject of food waste, priority is given to a better knowledge of the causes and levers of reduction at all stages of the chain and to the support of the actors to reach the national objectives of reduction.
