Kalina Raskin is a physical-chemical engineer with a degree from ESPCI-Paristech and a doctorate in neuroscience from Sorbonne University. Kalina has been leading the development of Ceebios, the Centre for studies and expertise in biomimicry, since 2013. She regularly teaches at leading national higher education establishments, is an editorial consultant for technical and scientific works, is called on as an expert in working groups and policy boards of major public and private bodies and coordinates with her international counterparts. Its ambition is to position France as a pioneer in the development of biomimicry as a tool for ecological transition, reconciling biodiversity, innovation and the economy.
In 2022, she was awarded the prize for Woman of Economic Influence of the Year.
