Joëlle Toledano

Joëlle Toledano is Emeritus Professor of Economics, associated with the Chair of Governance and Regulation at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and a member of the Académie des Technologies and the board of directors of digital companies. With a doctorate in mathematics and economics, she had a dual career in academia and business before becoming involved in public policy and regulation. A member of the Conseil National du Numérique, she was also a member of the College of the Autorité de Régulation des Communications Électroniques et des Postes (ARCEP, 2005-2011) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Agence nationale des fréquences (Anfr, 2012-2022). Her latest book GAFA. Reprenons le pouvoir ! published by Odile Jacob, won 3 prizes, including the Prix du livre d'économie 2020.
