Hervé Dumez is a graduate of ENS-Ulm, with a PhD in sociology (Paris IV) and an HDR in economics and management (Paris-Dauphine). Director of Research at CNRS, he directed i3-CRG (Centre de Recherche en Gestion) from 2011 to 2022 and i3 (Institut Interdisciplinaire de l'Innovation - UMR 9217) from its creation in 2015 to 2023. He has published alone or with co-authors (Alain Jeunemaître, Étienne Minvielle, Sandra Renou, Jean-François Chanlat, Alexandre Mallard, Benjamin Loveluck) fifteen books and over eighty research articles (including Academy of Management Review, Journal of Business Ethics, European Management Review, M@n@gement). In 2005, he created the AEGIS Libellio and is the author of two books published by Arléa (Incertain Paul Valéry and Pensées pour soi écrites par d'autres).
