Hélène Masson

Hélène Masson has a doctorate in political science and is a senior researcher at the Fondation pour la recherche stratégique (FRS), in charge of the Defence & Industry division. Her research focuses on public policies for the defence industrial sector, defence company strategy, armaments cooperation and European issues. Hélène Masson is editor-in-chief of the journal Défense & Industries, and is also responsible for the short courses ‘Affaires européennes, Défense et Industries’ and ‘Industries et Marchés de défense’ as part of a partnership with Panthéon Sorbonne/FCPS.

She was an auditor at the 47th IHEDN/Armaments and Defence Economics session.
