Claudia Picard-Deland

Claudia Picard-Deland, PhD, is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Psychiatry and Addictology at Université de Montréal and in the Centre for Advanced Studies in Sleep Medicine. Her research focuses on the neuroscience of dreams, including their functions in memory consolidation, their relationship with mental health and sleep quality, and unique states of consciousness such as lucid dreaming.
