Anthony Sladen is a CNRS researcher based in Géoazur laboratory at the Université Côte d'Azur. He specialises in the study of major earthquakes and tsunamis, and has been exploring fibre-optic technologies for seabed measurements for around ten years. Since 2018, he has been particularly involved in exploiting data from distributed acoustic measurement technology, commonly known as DAS, for the study of natural hazards and the ocean.
