Anne-Claire Asselin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, a company director and an expert in the environment and biodiversity in the field of food and life. For over 10 years, she has been advising public and private decision-makers on the design of more sustainable products and services. She has supervised numerous projects in the food industry in France and the USA. She is the founding president of X-Food Think-Tank, whose objective is to shed light on and objectify food controversies in relation to innovation. She is an expert for the European Union and author of scientific publications on the environmental footprint of products, particularly in food and cosmetics. She contributed to the development of the Planet Score, an environmental display system for food products aimed at consumers.
